Since MyOEM.com is a Web site dedicated in part to matching purchasers with suppliers, certain suppliers will have access to certain Requests for Proposal submitted by users of our Web site. We will use our best efforts to grant access to Requests for Proposal only to those suppliers that may reasonably be equipped to provide the supplies or services requested. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the above-mentioned and paying for the services, evades security measures and our review and gains access to a Request for Proposal. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of Requests for Proposal in these instances.

If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company or bank finds credit or debit card fraud, but does not waive your entire liability, MyOEM will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of $300.
