In no event will we refer to you by name or specific address other than in connection with the services that we provide for you on our Web site nor will we reveal any privileged information with respect to said Requests for Proposal.

Password-Protected Areas

Areas of MyOEM's site require the entry of your user name and password. These conditional areas require a password because the information is specific to you and the user name/ password further protects your information.

Requests for Proposal

Since MyOEM.com is a Web site dedicated in part to matching purchasers with suppliers, certain suppliers will have access to certain Requests for Proposal submitted by users of our Web site. We will use our best efforts to grant access to Requests for Proposal only to those suppliers that may reasonably be equipped to provide the supplies or services requested. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the above-mentioned and paying for the services, evades security measures and our review and gains access to a Request for Proposal. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of Requests for Proposal in these instances.

Therefore, MyOEM guarantees the security of your credit card, debit card or e-check information in the following manner: If any unauthorized use of your credit card, debit card or e-check information occurs as a result of a credit or debit card purchase from MyOEM, simply contact your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company or bank finds credit or debit card fraud, but does not waive your entire liability, MyOEM will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of $300.
