copyright in the material. User may download material from the MyOEM
Web-based Service only for User's own commercial use as permitted
by the MyOEM Terms of Service Agreement. The User agrees you will
not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially
exploit or otherwise transfer any copyrighted material, including
MyOEM copyrighted material. The burden of determining that any information,
software or any other content on the Service is not protected by copyright
rests with User. If User adds content to the Service, User agrees
that such content will be in the public domain and User will not claim
to own or to have exclusive copyrights or trademark rights in such
content.
Trademarks
The logo, name and all graphics on MyOEM are trademarks of MyOEM.
Use, reproduction, copying or redistribution of these trademarks,
without the written permission of MyOEM is prohibited. All other trademarks
or servicemarks appearing on the MyOEM Web-based Service are the marks
of their respective owners.
